 I have never been camping 🏕   before and I did some research about  it . Here is my checklist.

I haven't been camping before but I have been on campervan trips before.

Summer learning journey. My dam

Beavers build dams to stop the water flowing down the street to make a pond to safely live in . On the weekend me and my family went down to orton Bradley park and built a big dam. First I got big rocks and started stacking  them on top of each other then we put little rocks in the gaps  of the dàm we managed to slow  down the water but not stop it completely. I got a bit dirty and it was really hard work but it was fun. After we built our dam we went and got ice creams. Here are some photos of my dam.

These are some photos that make me think of Summer. These are the words I chose: playground, summer, friends, hot weather, real fruit ice cream, sunshine, and my kitten oscar. I don't have a chromebook at home yet so google draw isnt working well so I did it another way on my mums phone.

Summer learning journey real or fake

I quizzed myself on a lot of faces and tried to figure out which was fake and which was real. Some of them were really hard. I was looking for freckles, wrinkles, and pimples on the real faces. Fakes were sometimes smooth or lighter or had weird stuff in the background.

This is my nature insect art. It is a ladybird with willow trees and plants in a tiny forest. It was very fun to make. 

Oscar my Christmas kitten

  

 

For Christmas we got a kitten, he is 9 weeks old. His name is Oscar, he is tiny , and he already chewed 2 bells off his favourite toy. He always runs to his food when he sees Mum pouring his milk. He loves watching the birds at the window. he is scared of dogs and the vacuum cleaner and loud noises. He loves the colourfuĺ pompoms I made him. He is grey and he is long haired and very fluffy and so cute. When we are eating dinner he runs over and tries to nibble the side of my plate. I love Oscar. Hes so playful and sweet and smoochy. His tongue is rough and he always tries to lick and sometimes bite me his teeth are just tiny and it doesn't hurt. I love cuddling him. I think its very nice to have a pet because we haven't had one for 3 years. He wears a blue collar with a bell on it so I always hear him walking down the hallway. We are booking him into the vet tomorrow for his vaccinations. He is not allowed outside until he has had his vaccinations as he may get diseases or viruses like cat flu. These are the photos I took of him myself.
